Location:
Lies on the line connecting the greater trochanter (large rolling mound at the side of the head of the femur) and the os sacrum (sacrum). Between the 1st and 2nd third on this connecting line.

At Gb 30 is a very important acupuncture point of the gallbladder meridian. This point helps with the indicated complaints, but because of its location it is best treated with a fascia or tennis ball. It is of course also possible to acupressure this point with the AkuPen, but from my experience it is more effective to work here with a ball and your own body weight.

This acupressure point can also be used in general to dissolve stress and tension that manifest in the body.
