Pivot of the Femur — Buán Tiào
At Gb 30 is a very important acupuncture point of the gallbladder meridian. This point helps with the indicated complaints, but because of its location it is best treated with a fascia or tennis ball. It is of course also possible to acupressure this point with the AkuPen, but from my experience it is more effective to work here with a ball and your own body weight.
But please feel free to make your own experiences with this point here.
This acupressure point can also be used in general to dissolve stress and tension that manifest in the body. Especially the wood element, with its organs liver and gallbladder, is very easily thrown off track by stress. So a few minutes of relaxation of this point can dissolve quite a lot of stress in the body and are thus very well invested.

This acupuncture point is best worked with a tennis ball or a fascia ball. This way you can use your own body weight by lying on the ball.
The point is needled vertically, with a depth of 2 to 3.5 cun. Moxibustion is possible. However, not when heat signs are present.
