Pillar of Heaven — Tiān Shū
This acupuncture point is very commonly used in acupuncture. It is used for fullness conditions of the stomach, especially diarrhea and abdominal pain.
On the psychological level, the point has a centering effect and helps to find the "middle" again. Here it has a similar effect as Sp 15.

Application:
This acupuncture point is pressed with the tip of the AkuPen for 30 to 45 seconds, or simply until the pain stimulus dissipates.
Alternatively, you can press this point with the round end.
The acupuncture point St 25 is pressed with the middle finger for 30 to 45 seconds.
Acupressure can be repeated several times a day (2 to 3 times) in case of acute problems.
The point is needled vertically, with a depth of 1.5 to 2.5 cun. Moxibustion is possible.
