Find inner peace

Inner peace Finding the right balance is anything but easy these days. We are constantly challenged whether at work, in everyday life or in dealing with our fellow men. Emails, cell phone messages and social media also take up a lot of our time and energy and give us the feeling that we can never do everything that needs to be done. Everywhere we try to stay up to date or at least not to lose the connection.

Times of leisure are becoming rarer and rarer. Do you remember the last time you just sat there and did nothing for a few minutes? Neither read, nor drank tea or coffee, nor occupied yourself with your smartphone?

If you are like many others, it will have been some time. For some even months, if not years. If we live permanently in this constant doing, we will eventually lose contact with ourselves. We will feel more and more restless, out of sorts and uncomfortable in our own skin. Simply put, there is a lack of inner peace. If there is no peace on the outside, how can we find it on the inside?

We would like to show you a possible way to regain this state of balance by means of an eastern movement meditation. It requires only a few minutes of time per day and some discipline.

Qi Gong means as much as "working with the life energy". When we start to balance and harmonize our energy we feel better physically. But Qi Gong works far beyond the physical. We also become more emotionally balanced and relaxed. If you invest just a few minutes to practice Qi Gong you will notice that you become calmer and more balanced inside.

You only have to do a handful of exercises, in connection with conscious breathing, and you are a new person - a little Buddha who, with a smile on his face, rests in himself and is ready to embark on the adventure of life.

When life challenges you again, just do a few minutes of Qi Gong and come, faster and faster, to your center.

Make Qi Gong a part of your life and you will be rewarded a thousandfold!

If you succeed in conquering inner peace, you will have done more than he who conquers cities and whole empires.

3 Tips for More Inner Peace

  • Do not compare. Stop constantly comparing yourself with others. This only leads to dissatisfaction or arrogance. Both of these feelings take you further away from your inner peace.
  • Neutral observer. Observe yourself in everyday life again and again and ask yourself the question: "what is going on in my head right now" without judging it. You will learn a lot about yourself and notice how your thoughts become calm. Start with 3 breaths. Close your eyes and try it right away. Feel free to listen to my Podcast "Observing the Breath an.
  • Feel your inner body. Inner restlessness is always accompanied by many thoughts. Learn to redirect your thinking from your head to your body and bring your energy and attention there. If you try to feel your hands, feet or belly for a few seconds during the day, you will become calmer and more centered inside.
