1. acupressure - for the energy kick in the morning
Maybe you belong you are also one of those who can't get out of bed in the morning. You need 3 alarm clocks and when you finally make it, nothing works without 3 cups of coffee, or you are difficult to enjoy - so a typical morning grouch.
TCM associates the early morning with the wood energy, that is, the organs liver and gall bladder. According to the organ clock, these two organs are most active between 11 pm and 3 am. In case the organ clock doesn't tell you anything. Very briefly, from the point of view of TCM, each organ has a time when it is best supplied with energy. Thus, with 12 organs and 24 hours, each organ is best supplied for 2 hours. Then the energy circulates to the next organ.
Now, if the liver can't detox during the night because the body is still busy digesting a heavy dinner, or the night was too short, then you wake up in the morning feeling anything but refreshed.
Tip: abdomen and liver massage
While still lying in bed, put your legs up and place your hands on your abdomen. First warm up your abdomen by massaging it with both palms in a circular motion. First counterclockwise and then clockwise, in the direction of the large intestine meridian. This has an effect not only on the skin, but also on the organs located in the abdomen.
Circle 36 times in one direction and 36 times in the other. This also helps you to concentrate.
Then find your costal arch and now start stroking left and right below the costal arch with your fingers from the inside out. This will release your diaphragm and stimulate your liver, increasing the blood supply. This is equivalent to cleansing the liver. Do this about 10 times.

3. cleansing breathing
This breathing form causes a deep and fast cleansing of your lungs and your entire energy body. This exercise is a quick energy kick, so to speak, when you are hanging in an energy hole.
Stand upright and with the inhale take your arms above your head. Hold your breath for 2-3 seconds and then swing your arms down. Let your upper body swing down as well, unless you have back problems.
Repeat the whole 7- 10 times.
Be careful not to overdo it. You might feel dizzy due to the increased oxygen supply. You will feel much better after this short cleansing exercise.
Patience - with time, grass becomes milk.
Chinese proverb
4. tapping massage
From TCM we know that about 400 acupuncture points are distributed over the body. Among other things, these control our personal energy. Due to wrong lifestyle, stress, wrong nutrition etc. blockages on these acupuncture points can occur.
Tapping massage is a simple, but at the same time effective way to free the body from blockages.
Simply make a loose fist and begin tapping your body from the heart center (thymus gland). While tapping, imagine how you release old energy blockages and the energy begins to flow again.

5. bodyscan - feeling the inner body
One of the simplest Ways to increase its own energy is to first get a sense of their own life energy. This energy is located in our body, in every cell. To do this, you need to do nothing other than consciously step out of your mind and consciously feel the body. Slide, so to speak, with your attention out of your head, down into your body.
Because according to the law of energy, according to which that gains energy, to which we pay attention, thereby increases our energy stores. This is also a wonderful method of falling asleep, with which it is easier for you to leave everyday life behind you and fall asleep refreshed.
Just feel your entire body or start with the hands, arms, shoulders, chest and abdomen and then feel the legs.
Do this for 1-3 minutes or even longer.
In the following podcast you can listen to a Bodyscan meditation.
