The prerequisite for a reduction of storage fat is a balanced reduction of the total energy intake compared to the energy consumption, seen over a longer period of time. There is no way around this fact!
Parallel to saving calories, a regular exercise program is also important, adapted to the physical conditions, for example swimming, hiking or brisk walking at a chatting pace. And of course Qi Gong!!
A major and sustainable weight loss takes time. After all, the excess weight did not develop overnight. Realistically, a storage fat loss of 0.5 to 1 kg per week.
Most fad diets are one-sided, are abandoned and lead to the yo-yo effect. In the long run, only a balanced, calorie-reduced, nutrient-optimized and at the same time satisfying wholefood diet works.
Dinner cancelling 1-2x / week, maximum every second day, facilitates stress-free weight loss in a gentle way. This does not mean eating nothing at all, but instead of the usual dinner you should enjoy, for example, herbal tea, diluted vegetable juice or a clear vegetable broth and take an evening walk.
Be aware that you can change and move forward courageously.
Independent studies on the background of weight problems came to the following conclusions: emotional stress is one of the main causes, as are stress, hereditary factors, etc., but also excessive TV consumption and constant preoccupation with cell phones and PCs. In terms of nutrition, it is mainly diets, supposed light products and hidden fatteners such as glutamate, or the aspartame in sweeteners.
How do you go about it?
- You need to eat a hot breakfast (follow recommendations)
- Avoid bread, any dairy products except butter and clarified butter,
everything very sweet, especially white sugar, fruit juices, ice cream, chocolate, all sweets, cakes, etc..
If you have a strong desire for sweets, a few dried fruits are allowed at the beginning, but no soft drinks (sodas)
With pear-shaped figure dairy products are among the main problem (give up cheese sandwiches!!)
Glutamate is a fattening agent (attention, contained in almost every ready-made product!). Light products cause hunger and make you fat. Avoid bread and jam for breakfast. Also avoid grilled meats and sausages, rather cut cold meat and eat it with mustard or radish. Cook with cream, but avoid mayonnaise. - Note the following advice:

A simple plan to lose weight without yo-yo effect:
Morning: High-carbohydrate breakfast.
Whole grains are a source of energy for the whole day. A protein breakfast is also possible, but then only legumes, egg and cooked vegetables, no carbohydrates.
Noon:
Possibly according to the rules of the separation diet:
Vegetables, meat or fish, cooked fruit, fresh salad.
Eat little pasta, rice, dumplings, etc. but eat enough vegetables and protein. Possibly a slice of crispbread or toasted bread.
Evening:
Under no circumstances carbohydrates! You eat them at breakfast.
It's best to eat before 7 p.m.
Soups, compotes, cooked vegetables, or a little meat.
At the right time, everything is allowed. You will not have deficiency symptoms, but lose weight continuously, without yo-yo effect.

Classic herbal recipe for a fasting tea:
Equal amount (1 tbsp.) of each herb for 1 l:

Tip for quick rice dishes:
- Wash 1 bowl of round grain whole rice in cold water and boil with double the amount of water, reduce temperature, put lid on.
After 30 minutes, wash 1 - 2 cups of basmati white or jasmine scented rice in cold water and add to the whole grain rice with 11⁄2 times the amount of water, bring to a boil briefly, turn down completely, put on lid. After a total of 45 minutes, this "mixed rice" is ready (if cold, cook clove with it).
Now you can use the rice for sweet or savory dishes: - Sweet rice for breakfast:
simply boil raisins with pears or apples and a few nuts, add rice, mix in some coconut blossom sugar, as well as cinnamon, anise, cardamom, vanilla powder and enjoy refined with omega 3 oil. Spicy rice (for breakfast or lunch):

The rice also keeps great for a few days in the refrigerator!
Main cause of obesity:
Is an imbalance of the spleen and stomach, the stomach becomes hot due to eating habits and psychological problems.
On the one hand a moisture problem (spleen qi deficiency) and in parallel comes the feeling of hunger.
Strong stomach qi (ravenous hunger) arises from thinking too much, brooding, i.e. mental stress, goes to the mucous membranes (gastritis), generates heat in the stomach area and blocks the extraction in the stomach as well as the transport ability of the spleen.
In addition, there are dietary habits such as too much protein (meat), wine, hot spices.
Also, a lack of physical activity leads to global stagnation of qi, which turns into dampness. That is, the lack of movement creates even more moisture.
Psychosomatic causes of obesity:
a) too much thinking triggers qi stagnation, this impairs the extraction of nutrients in the stomach and the transport function of the spleen
b) indirectly, constant thinking and brooding about one's situation leads to stagnation of the wood qi = frustration and disappointment.
Because the earth works slowed down by Qi stagnation: (transformation of food is impaired, transport function slowed down) a fermentation process occurs in the digestive tract, i.e. flatulence, mushy stools or constipation. If this is chronic - overweight - "dung heap" - humidity - damp heat.
Man tries to relax with certain foods: the sweet taste has a relaxing and calming effect and resolves the stagnation of qi in the short term. In turn, the side effect of the sweet taste is dampness and renewed slowing of absorption. This means: the patient gets fat even if he eats little and gets even fatter when he eats sweet things, this is a vicious circle.
Many then use sugar substitutes, but this does not solve the problem. The final picture of obesity is damp heat and the consequences can be:
- Diabetes
- Cardiovascular disease due to cholesterol
- Circulatory disorders
- Increased blood pressure
- Musculoskeletal disorders due to obesity
