Curcumae longae, chin. Yu jin (turmeric), with its ingredients, can ensure that thick, lumpy blood regains its normal flow properties. This leads to less pain during menstruation.
Ganoderma luc., chin. Ling zhi (anti-aging mushroom), is among the mushrooms, the most scientifically researched and can ensure with its many properties, among other things, so that the nervous system is relaxed during stress of any kind. According to TCM, this mushroom nourishes the Yin organs and thus ensures sufficient substance, blood and juices.

Helps with many forms of menstrual cramps.
Especially for inner restlessness, breast tenderness, night sweats, bloating, flatulence, nausea, pulling in the abdomen/back, lumpy bleeding (coagulum), stagnant bleeding, menstrual pain, PMS such as irritability.
Relaxes the nerves and the body, can provide stress-free menstruation.
Effect TCM:
Liver qi stagnation, liver and kidney yin deficiency.
Harmonizes Le Qi, nourishes Le and Ni Yin and Blood, releases stagnations.
Dosage:
At the onset of symptoms up to 14 days before menstruation take 3 x 2 capsules with plenty of liquid.
As a prophylaxis, take 2 capsules in the evening before bedtime for 4 weeks. Then pause for 1 week. Then start taking the capsules again for 4 weeks. Continue in this rhythm for 3-4 months.
