The cheerful panda - for a healthy upper abdomen
Supports the function of the stomach. For the healthy appetite.
In Chinese medicine, the digestive function of the MA is influenced by the Qi of the MI, which is responsible for the process of food intake, elimination and metabolism. Due to poor nutrition, Qi, Yin or Yang of the MA may be weakened, resulting in accumulation of Dampness and Phlegm. LE Qi stagnation caused by stress can also attack the MA and lead to stagnation of MA Qi and development of MA Fire.
"Happy Panda" strengthens the Qi of the MA and supports the digestive power at this level. The formula counteracts hyperacidity and has a relaxing effect on the upper abdomen. We recommend taking the formula 2 times a day for at least several weeks during the day.
Dosage:
The minimum recommended dose for adults is 2 times daily 2 pressings. In case of good tolerance and need, the dose (especially in the formulations for acute complaints) can be increased to 2×4 pressings. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. In general, it makes sense to start with 2×2 pellets and then increase the dose to 2×3 or even 2×4 if the desired effect is not achieved after 2-3 weeks.
Duration of intake:
In acute complaints, a higher dose is generally taken, but nevertheless the daily dose is never exceeded. The application is in acute complaints until the symptoms have subsided. In the case of chronic complaints, we recommend taking it for a period of 4 weeks and then taking a break for 1 week. Otherwise there will be a habituation effect and the dose would have to be increased more and more.
After the break, the same preparation can be taken again. The same herbs can be taken for 3 months. After 3 months there is a 3-week break. After that, very often the preparation is exchanged for another one, with a slightly different organ effect.
