The exercises are explained very well by Wolfgang Sterner. There is also a part where you do not have to look at the explanations each time, but can start right away. You can participate very well in the exercises. I also like the division into different time units. (7 min. 20 min., or 33 min.), depending on how much time you have. With back pain, which I did not get in spite of massage etc. and partly also medicines, these exercises helped me to get my back pain, and/or my ISG blockade in the grasp.
