Also the theory about the basics of Qi Gong, I find an important foundation.

I have downloaded the most important parts for offline use in my MediaCenter. I find the series very well done and see qualitatively no difference to the parallel attended face-to-face course. In a few figures there are differences in the details of execution to the exercises taught by the German Qi Gong Society, you have to decide which interpretation suits you more (cloud hands, collecting Qi, etc.).

I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis this January at the age of 43. I am a person who is very much in motion and also works hard physically. To make a long story short, I depend on a functioning body. This online course is really great, but first things first:
We started with "Qi Gong Exercises for Beginners", which was simple, easy to incorporate into daily life and well explained.
Then I bought us the CD "The Modern Qi Gong Course The 8 Brocades (DVD)".
Again, the individual exercises were well explained.
However, we did not like the overall exercise sequence without comments at all.
One must always look when the change takes place and no breathing indication, thereby for us also not relaxing to perform.
However, I was also curious about the course: "The Modern Qi Gong Course - The 18 Figures of Harmony", but did not want to be disappointed again by the overall sequence of exercises without comments.
