Chinese herbal mixture: Weidinger W19 - Rehmannia mixture
Mixture according to Dr. med. Georg Weidinger from his book "Die Chinesische Hausapotheke" (published by Goldmann Verlag), book page 513. (Order book online at Amazon).
Application for:
Menopausal symptoms, pain and weakness in the lower back, drowsiness, dizziness, tinnitus, reduced hearing, night sweats, spontaneous nocturnal ejaculation
Empty heat signs (also in case of menopausal symptoms), if you can digest Rehmannia well (trial portion of 1 tablet with meals and then slowly increase up to the above dose) - if a liquid stool remains, rather W18 use or W12 and always a little W19 (starting with one tablet and slowly adding more).
Recommended intake:
2x daily 4-6 tablets
