Mixture according to Dr. med. Georg Weidinger from his book "Der Goldene Weg der Mitte" (published by OGTCM Verlag, the publishing house of the Austrian Society for TCM). Book page 383 (Order book online at Amazon).
Application:
For pain in the joints and back, which occurs intermittently and especially in response to wind, cold and damp. Regular Qi Gong practice is also recommended.
