Your individual retreat
In addition, we offer we give you the opportunity to explore the natural splendor of the forest. You spend time in the middle of the forest, breathe in the fresh air, listen to the sounds of nature and let yourself be inspired by the forest environment. This experience promotes relaxation, stress reduction and well-being without using the term "forest bathing".
Of course nutrition is not neglected in order to support the body in the best possible way. The balance between practical experience and free time in nature is guaranteed so that you can enjoy the majestic beauty of the Alps to the full. Our mission is to take you on a fascinating journey where you will not only experience the healing power of the breath, but also gain a deeper understanding of these vital processes and the connection with nature.

20:30: Joint breathing practiceMonday/Tuesday/Wednesday/(Thursday)
7:30-9:00 am: Breathing practice with movement - activation and vitalization
9:00-10:00 am: Breakfast
10:00-12:00: Time for individual treatments or personal free time
12:30-13:00: Breathing relaxation
13:00-14:00: Lunch
15:00-16:30: Outdoor activity (walking meditation, ice bathing, mindful hiking - depending on the weather)
17:00-18:30: Workshop: Breath in theory and practice (Wednesday afternoon is free until dinner)
19:00-20:00: Dinner
20:30: Evening breathing practiceThursday/Friday: Conclusion and departure
8:00-9:30 am: Breathing practice with movement
9:30-10:00 a.m.: Reflection and feedback
10:00-11:00 a.m.: Final breakfast together

Maria & Wolfgang combine all the great treasures of movement and therapy that they have learned and experienced in the course of their professional careers and have been passing on as trainers and instructors for over 25 years.
