Strengthen your defenses with these tips
- Make sure you get enough sleep on a regular basis.
- Drink 1/4 to 1/2 liter of boiled water in the morning.
- Take regular "hot-cold showers" in the morning.
- Breakfast warm, for example, with cereal porridge (Porridge).
- Drink plenty of water, generally throughout the day.
- No ice in the cold season (autumn, winter, spring).
- Avoid dairy products of animal origin such as, milk, yogurt, cottage cheese, cheese (butter and cream are allowed).
- Avoid white sugar and wheat products.
- Regular foot baths with sea salt or alkaline salt for purification.
- Treatments with acupressure and acupuncture strengthen the immune system.
- Make sure you have enough breaks or rest to center yourself and recover.
- Practice Qi Gong regularly.
- Sports: jogging in nature (near lakes or rivers), dancing, aerobics, yoga, pilates.
- Take daily walks in nature, preferably in the forest or by the water.
