How the training plan works
Print out the workout calendar and hang your motivational helper where you'll be reminded every day to do something for yourself and your well-being.
Enter your workouts in the gray box each day. Also include your rest days in the calendar.
Every day that you've done your workouts, you check off.

Second option: You plan your training days. On which days do you want to train? You mark these days with a circle.
Then after you've worked out that day, check off the day.
