Several folds appear on the little finger when the fist is clenched. The acupuncture point is located on the proximal (near–body) fold, behind the base joint of the little finger.

In combination with Bl 62 activates the acupuncture point SI 03 the handlebar vessel and therefore has a positive effect on the entire spine. This applies to both chronic and acute problems, but only if the pain occurs on both sides of the spine or in the lower back (paravertebral).

Application:
AcuPen:
This acupuncture point is pressed with the tip of the AkuPen for 30 to 45 seconds, or simply until the pain stimulus dissipates.
Alternatively, you can press this point with the round end.
Acupressure:
The acupuncture point SI 03 is pressed with the middle finger for 30 to 45 seconds.
Acupressure can be repeated several times a day (2 to 3 times) in case of acute problems.
Acupuncture technique:
The point is needled vertically, with a depth of 0.2 to 1.5 cun. Moxibustion is possible.
