Gate of Origin Qi — Guān Yuán
This is the most powerful acupuncture point to tonify Qi and Blood and strengthen body and soul. It strengthens the kidney and thus the original Qi. Thus, it is an important point to increase overall vitality and it helps with chronic diseases.
