Location:
The acupuncture point is located at the proximal (near the body) end of the 1st metatarsal bone, between red and white "tissue". This corresponds approximately to the highest point of the arch of the foot. That is, the point furthest from the ground.

This acupuncture point is mainly used for fullness patterns of the stomach and spleen. So when too much Dampness blocks the Stomach, or when Stomach-Qi is rebelling. But also in case of abdominal pain due to fullness, the point is Sp 04 helpful.
It also regulates the so-called Chong Mai, the penetration vessel. This is a very important extraordinary meridian, which has a great influence on blood and energy.
