On the midline, the line connecting the most prominent point of the medial malleolus and the Achilles tendon. A pulse is also palpable there.

The acupuncture point Ki 03 is the source point of the kidney meridian. It is used relatively frequently in acupuncture.
According to Dr. Bischko, it can be used together with the point Ki 07 Be used for severe general fatigue.
It has also proved its worth in rheumatism therapy. If the kidney energy is to be strengthened, this is my personal favorite point.

Application:

The acupuncture point Ki 03 is pressed with the thumb for 30 to 45 seconds.
Acupressure can be done several times a day in case of acute problems. In most cases, the acupressure points shown are acupressured 2 to 3 times throughout the day.
Acupuncture technique:
The point Ki 03 is needled vertically and 0.3 to 1 cun deep. Moxibustion is possible.
